Because flowers and plants are perishable, all sales are considered final. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products. Please take a photo of the flowers or plant and text it to 4032645300

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with a photo of the arrangement. We will gladly offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement of equal value

A store credit

A refund (in rare circumstances)
Order changes & cancellations.

Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once they are in design or out for delivery

Orders scheduled for future dates may be changed or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
Flower substitutions.
Seasonal availability may require substitutions. Any substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value and in keeping with the overall style and color palette of the arrangement.
Plants return & refund policy.
Plants are living items and require proper care once they leave our shop. For this reason, all plant sales are final. However, we do stand behind the quality of our plants at the time of purchase. We require a photo of the plant and date of purchase. Anything over two weeks past the purchase date is not eligible for return or refund.
